How has Druid been working for you?
Druid worked so far wonderful for us. It makes administrating Asterisk so much easier and better to understand. It hides all the Asterisk configuration files behind a nice and easy to understand GUI, which can be accessed from everywhere with a web-browser. The ability for the users to change their personal settings with this GUI is received very well.

How do you find Voiceroute support for Druid?
Druid support has been great and very responsive. We never had a problem. Everytime we emailed voiceroute, they replied within a half a day.
