How has Druid been working for you?
Druid has been working well for us. It is a robust and reliable platform for end users and network administrators as well. It is easy for low-level admins to do everyday phone system administration such as adding and deleting accounts. Dialplan configuration however, requires basic knowledge of asterisk terms and concepts but generally still the best we have seen around. Many Asterisk GUIs require sql table integration of configuration files. This can hamper your ability to perform extra customization. I really like the fact that the configuration is stored in the original text files and not in sql tables. All in all, this is a very reliable and effective GUI for asterisk.

How do you find Voiceroute support for Druid?
Voiceroute support is excellent. I always received reply back within a few minutes.
